The excitement is building - only three days left until we're back in school! Start to think about a schedule for your schoolwork. What time of day will you start to work, when will you take breaks, and how will you work around other obligations to be sure you stay on pace?
The countdown continues - only 4 days until the first day of school! This is a great time to get your sleep schedule back on track. Set-up a consistent bedtime and time to wake-up. Start practicing this schedule every day leading up to the school year.
